Thanks to Pete Moss for these photos of the coop and run he has built in his back garden, in the heart of Nottingham City centre, England. "The coop is 3 feet x 2 1/2 feet x 4 feet high, and made of marine plywood with 4 coats of of wood sealant outside, and 3 coats of yacht varnish inside I have also sealed all the joints to make it easier to clean and wipe out Red mites. The run is 10 feet long, by 5 feet wide at one end tapering to 3 feet at the other, 7 feet high, and sheltered by a Silver Birch tree, and a large Buddlia (Butterfly bush). I have sunk the weld mesh into the ground all the way round to deter vermin and predators."
